What are your fees?
Management fee is 75.00 a month. Leasing fee is $400.00. marketing $450.00. $150.00 Account Setup (annually). There are no hidden or additional fees

Does Key Renter deal with home owners associations?
After we get a tenant in to your property and an HOA violation occurs Key Renter will coordinate with the tenant to take care of the fines. As far as the monthly, quarterly, or annual paymnets that would be taken care of by the home owner.

How does Key Renter deal with after hour emergincies?
We maintain a twenty four hour a day emergency maintenance system. Emergency repairs, such as no heat in the winter, fire, flooding or anything that will damage the property or persons will be addressed immediately. Therefor, Owners will be required to maintain a $200.00 Reserve account (emergency funds). Ordinary repairs, such as faulty faucets, bad electrical outlets, etc. are addressed during the normal work day. If the repair is less than three hundred dollars we will move forward with the repair as quickly as possible. If the repair is thought to be more costly we will obtain your approval before proceeding.

What debt collection services does Key Renter undertake?
Key Renter uses third-party solicitors and receivable management companies to recoup outstanding debts as a last resort. Key Renter not only has internal debt-collection processes but also offers flexible payment options to hopefully reduce the occurrence of overdue debts.
