Please note that KeyRenter is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. If we do not respond within 24 hours after submitting an email request, please call (801) 783-1300 to follow up or email us at repair@keyrenter.com to follow up.
Tenants will be responsible for all damages to house rental premises as a result of failure to report a problem in a timely manner. Tenants shall be charged for repairs of drain blockages or clogs, unless caused by defective plumbing parts or tree roots invading sewer lines.
